Sedco Communications Sdn. Bhd. is pleased to announce the award of a 3-year preventive and corrective maintenance contract for 45 Base Transceiver Station (BTS) tower sites across Kota Kinabalu and surrounding districts.
The contract covers scheduled preventive maintenance visits, 24/7 emergency corrective maintenance with a 4-hour response SLA, spare parts management, power system maintenance including generator sets and battery backup systems, and monthly KPI reporting.
SComm’s dedicated field teams will be stationed across strategic locations to ensure rapid response capability for all 45 sites. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) will provide continuous remote monitoring and alarm management throughout the contract period.
